After a week of Burma Shave

After a week of Burma shave, I feel like I was able to get it to the best quality possible but its just not the best product. I think less water in the brush and more on the tip seems to get the job done. I place the tip of the brush over the top of the soap and whip for around two minutes. This really creams the soap. I just felt burma leaves a dry face.
I picked up some cheap soap at the supermarket today. The price is right and I have heard good things about it, so I might as well try.

After a couple of days the results are mixed. As far as the Burma shave goes, the smell is alright but I find it a little drying and haven't really been able to get the lather as creamy as I would like. I will try less water on the brush tomorrow. Maybe it's just me but I find the derby blades with the 38C a little aggressive for someone with sensitive skin.

double edge shaving - week 1

Today I start with my new double edge razor, new blades and new puck of Burmashave soap.
I will be trying this for a week to see how it goes.
